Schon seit mehreren Jahren befindet sich Interstellar Marines bei Zero Point Software in Entwicklung. Es wurden immer wieder Prototypen vorgestellt und auch Browsergames (Bullseye und Running Man) gestartet. Nun soll die Finanzierung des Actionspiels angeschoben werden und zwar mit Hilfe einer Kickstarter-Kampagne. Insgesamt 600.000 Dollar will die dänische Software-Schmiede ansammeln, um Interstellar Marines: Prologue herstellen zu können - einen SciFi-Ego-Shooter mit taktischer Spielmechanik, diversen Rollenspiel-Einlagen und nicht-linearem Design. Die Geschichte von "Prologue" soll bis zum "First Contact" reichen.
